枸杞采摘机的设计

Design of Lycium chinense Miller Picking Machine

  • 摘要: 为了实现机械化采摘枸杞,设计了一款智能化枸杞采摘的剪切式枸杞采摘机。主要由动力部分、伸缩部分、剪切部分和辅助部分组成;控制装置控制舵机的旋转角度使剪刀到达最佳的剪切角度,通过齿轮机构带动剪刀活动端作往复运动实现剪切作业,完成枸杞鲜果的采摘。剪切式枸杞采摘机的研究为枸杞鲜果或浆果类水果的机械化采摘提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the mechanization of picking Lycium chinense Miller, a scissor-type Lycium chinense Miller picking machine was designed. Lycium chinense Miller picking machine is mainly composed of power part, telescopic part, shear part and auxiliary part. The control device of Lycium chinense Miller picking machine controls the rotation angle of the steering gear so that the scissors reach the best cutting angle. The gear mechanism drives the scissors to reciprocate to achieve the cutting operation, and the picking of fresh Lycium chinense Miller fruit is completed. The research on the shear type of Lycium chinense Miller picking machine provides some reference for the mechanization picking of fresh fruit or berry fruit.
