Abstract: Streptococcal disease is an acute febrile infectious disease, which has been classified as the animal blight of Class II in China. It has the characteristics of strong infectivity, great harmfulness, fast transmission speed and high fatality rate, and is an important "killer" that endangers the healthy growth of pigs and the stable and orderly development of pig breeding industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to actively do prevention and treatment. Based on this, the paper focused on the Chinese and Western medicine treatment and comprehensive prevention of streptococcal disease carried out in-depth research.
