Abstract: It is one of the objectives for colleges and universities to cultivate students’ entrepreneurial practice ability. At present,there are some weak links in many colleges and universities. In order to improve students’ practical ability of starting a business, this paper discusses the weak links in the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of local college students, the role of entrepreneurship in promoting the development of local colleges and universities, and the improvement of the ability of entrepreneurship of local college students, we hope that through our research can make a contribution to the cultivation of university talents’ entrepreneurial ability.
