Abstract: In Yanggao, Tianzhen and Yingxian counties high and cold regions, through a series of light and simplified cultivation and management measures, such as reasonable arrangement of stubble, spring budding and sowing with plastic film mulching, early seedling raising and strong seedling cultivation of Chinese cabbage in summer and autumn, scientific field management and timely harvest, this paper summarizes the key cultivation techniques of potato replanting in early spring and Chinese cabbage in early autumn,realizes two crops a year in alpine regions and improves the land utilization rate, higher economic benefits of improving quality and increasing production were obtained.
