Abstract: As the largest grain production area in China, Heilongjiang Province, especially the production of soybean, corn and rice,plays a very important role in the development of China’s grain industry. The three crops play an irreplaceable role in the adjustment of agricultural structure and the establishment of crop rotation system in our province. This paper analyzes the production status and yield changes of the three major crops of soybean, corn and rice in Heilongjiang Province during the "13th Five Year Plan" period,and aims at the problems existing in the production of the three major crops of soybean, corn and rice, with a view to providing reference for the agricultural industry construction in Heilongjiang Province during the "14th Five Year Plan" period.
