Abstract: As one of the main raw materials for processing high-quality flour, high-quality strong gluten wheat is favored by consumers because of its strong gluten and excellent quality. The quality of high quality and strong gluten wheat depends on its production technology, and the standardized production and planting process is needed to ensure the healthy growth of wheat. Taking Western Shandong area as an example, this paper expounds the specific application of standardized production technology of high quality strong gluten wheat.
