Abstract: By summarizing the research results of surface defect detection technology in recent years, this paper discussed the key technology of surface defect detection based on machine vision system, fourier transform and wavelet transform denoising technology for steel surface crack defects by using Matlab software, in order to achieve the purpose of reliably and efficiently detecting surface defects of parts, and then improve product quality.
