Abstract: Xinjiang is a key maize seed production base in China, with a total area of 26.7×10~4 hm~2. In order to ensure the safety and quality of seed supply and ensure the food supply, a complete set of construction scheme from site selection to construction was studied for the construction of seed production base, and construction suggestions were put forward to study the construction mode of Xinjiang seed production base from multiple dimensions and perspectives.
