Abstract: In order to explore the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of pepper, a field experiment was conducted in Lucheng Town, 5 different treatments were set up to study the effects of different fertilization modes on the growth index, quality, yield and economic benefit of pepper. The results showed that increased application of bio-organic fertilizer could promote plant growth, increase fruit yield and improve fruit quality. On the basis of the application of conventional chemical fertilizer, adding13 500 kg/hm2bio-organic fertilizer, the economic benefit of pepper planting is the highest.
