Abstract: Starting from the origin and varieties of organic dry farming sweet potato, this paper systematically expounds the technologies of sweet potato cultivation, such as soil preparation, fertilization, field cultivation management, pest control, harvesting and storage, which provides integrated technology for the characteristic cultivation of organic dry farming.
