Abstract: Pinus yunnanensis is one of the unique afforestation and greening trees in Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou. It has the characteristics of fast growth, strong adaptability to the external environment and drought resistance. It is the main choice for afforestation in barren mountains in southwest China. This paper expounds the sowing, seedling raising and afforestation techniques of Pinus yunnanensis, hoping to provide suggestions for the planting of Pinus yunnanensis.
