Abstract: Vaccination is the most economical and effective means of epidemic prevention in the process of raising chickens, although the vaccination of relevant vaccines is also completed, epidemic diseases will still break out, and the main reasons for immune failure are vaccine, body, human and other factors. This paper introduces the main reasons for the failure of chicken vaccination, and puts forward targeted preventive measures, hoping to provide reference for the prevention and control of chicken epidemics.
