Abstract: Leaf is a traditional drink, which not only contains vitamins, caffeine, amino acids and other nutrients, but also has the medicinal value of moistening the lungs to relieve cough, reduce swelling and diuretic. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for tea is increasing day by day, which also directly drives the development of tea cultivation industry.Based on this, taking the tea production in Jitan Township of Shitai County, took Anhui Province as an example, the high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation technology of tea was discussed.
