Abstract: Since the "13th Five-Year Plan", Bayannur has made great efforts to promote scientific and technological innovation in agriculture and animal husbandry, forming a number of new technologies and building a number of new platforms, but the problems of fragile ecological environment, insufficient talent support, short industrial chain and low production efficiency are still prominent.This paper systematically expounded the current situation of agricultural science and technology innovation and development in Bayannur City, analyzed the existing problems, and put forward its own views on the future agricultural science and technology innovation and development.
