Abstract: In order to provide a basis for rapid identification of adaptability of Camellia oleifera and lay a foundation for breeding new varieties of Camellia oleifera with high light efficiency by cross breeding, plant genetics and breeding, biostatistics and other methods were used to investigate and determine the related characters of Camellia oleifera leaves, and compare and analyze the chlorophyll content in different parts of seedling leaves of different Camellia oleifera varieties.
