Abstract: Huangshan Maofeng Tea has been sought after and loved by the public for its unique taste and quality. With the increasing sales of tea supply and demand, the traditional technology cannot meet the overall demand of the consumer market. In order to ensure the sales and quality at the same time, the mechanism method is often adopted to make Maofeng tea. This paper expounded the traditional craft and current mechanism craft of Huangshan Maofeng respectively, analyzed some problems that are easy to appear in the production process of Huangshan Maofeng, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, so as to offer suggestions for the development of the mechanism Huangshan Maofeng.
