Abstract:
Based on the lack of machinery suitable for the separation mode and technical requirements of the husk kernel of Prunus dulcis planted in Yarkant, a new type of husk kernel sorting machine was designed based on the selection and calculation of the screening part, the breaking part, the conveying part and the belt drive system of the three varieties of Prunus dulcis, Misang, Shuangguo and Wanfeng. Solidworks software was used to complete the three-dimensional modeling, and Simulation was used to solve the static simulation characteristics of the shell breaking roller: the maximum stress of the shell breaking roller was 5.06 MPa and the maximum displacement was 1.5 mm, which met the requirements of material strength. The reasonableness of the design and material selection is verified by checking that the parts have no interference influence.
