A Device for Separating Impurities of Shell and Kernel of Prunus dulcis

  • 摘要: 基于目前国内缺乏适合新疆莎车种植的巴旦木壳仁分选模式和技术要求的机械,以米桑、双果和晚丰3个品种巴旦木为样本,通过对筛分部分、破壳部分、输送部分及皮带传动系统的选型和计算,设计了一种新型的巴旦木壳仁分选除杂机。运用Solidworks软件完成三维建模,利用Simulation求解破壳辊静力学仿真特性:破壳辊的最大应力为5.06 MPa,最大位移量为1.5 mm,满足材料强度要求。经校核零部件无干涉影响,验证了设计、选材的合理性。

     

    Abstract: Based on the lack of machinery suitable for the separation mode and technical requirements of the husk kernel of Prunus dulcis planted in Yarkant, a new type of husk kernel sorting machine was designed based on the selection and calculation of the screening part, the breaking part, the conveying part and the belt drive system of the three varieties of Prunus dulcis, Misang, Shuangguo and Wanfeng. Solidworks software was used to complete the three-dimensional modeling, and Simulation was used to solve the static simulation characteristics of the shell breaking roller: the maximum stress of the shell breaking roller was 5.06 MPa and the maximum displacement was 1.5 mm, which met the requirements of material strength. The reasonableness of the design and material selection is verified by checking that the parts have no interference influence.
