叶面喷施纳米硅对干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长及生理的影响

Effects on the Seedling Growth and Physiology of Cucumber under Drought Stress by Spraying Nano-silicon on Leaf Surface

  • 摘要: 黄瓜作为我国种植面积最大的瓜类蔬菜,其幼苗在栽培过程中易遭受干旱胁迫,而纳米硅可以提高多种植物的抗性。以津春4号黄瓜品种为例,通过试验,研究了叶面喷施纳米硅对黄瓜幼苗干旱胁迫耐性的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施纳米硅可以明显改善干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的表型,提高其株高和叶绿素含量以及抗氧化酶活性。

     

    Abstract: As the largest melon vegetable planted in China, cucumber seedlings are vulnerable to drought stress during cultivation,and nano silicon can improve the resistance of many plants. Taking Jinchun No. 4 cucumber as an example, the effects of spraying nano-silicon on drought stress tolerance of cucumber seedlings were studied. The results showed that the leaf surface spraying of nano-silicon could significantly improve the phenotype of cucumber seedlings under drought stress, and increase the plant height, chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity.
