Abstract:
The volatile compounds of three apricot leaves were extracted and identified by HS-SPME-GC-MS, and their relative contents were calculated by area normalization method. The results showed that there were 28 kinds of volatiles in the leaves of three apricot species, including green leaf, terpenes, aliphatic, aromatic and alicyclic compounds. The proportion of green leaf volitiles was the highest(75.74%) in A. sibirica. The proportion of green leaf volitiles(38.6%), terpene(25.84%) and alicyclic(24.27%) was higher than others in A. vulgaris. The proportion of terpenes(17.12%), aromatic(22.61%) and alicyclic(37.11%) was higher than others in A.communis.
