Abstract: In agricultural administrative law enforcement, the determination of illegal income and value of goods is directly related to the qualitative analysis of the illegal degree of the case, the quantitative analysis of the amount of confiscation and fine, and directly related to the vital interests of the parties. However, there is no uniform standard for the determination of illegal income and value of goods in different legal provisions. According to the relevant laws and regulations and the summary of law enforcement practice for many years,the illegal income in agricultural administrative punishment shall be calculated according to the sales income of illegal production and operation products; the calculation of the value of goods shall be in the form of conforming to the laws and recognized by law enforcement practice.
