Abstract: This research report is based on the industrial foundation and development direction of Changshu, Jiangsu, and is fully integrated with action plans such as "Made in China 2025" and "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" of Changshu City. According to the basic situation of the investigation, the problems existing in the machining profession at the present stage are proposed, and the improvement strategies are provided.
