Abstract: China is a big country of agricultural water consumption. In agricultural production, the dependence on water resources is high and its water consumption occupies 70% of the total water consumption in China. The traditional irrigation system can save irrigation water, improve agricultural water efficiency, and create a suitable water environment for plants, to protect the social ecological environment. At the same time, under the strategic background of carbon peak and carbon neutral, it provides an effective way and idea for the reform of irrigation.
