Abstract: With the successful completion of the national poverty alleviation battle in 2020, the development of the country has entered a new stage, and the development of Chaozhou Sangrao scented rice industry is one of the best results of the poverty alleviation policy. This paper focused on Sangrao scented rice, explored the whole process of fragrant rice in Xixi Village from planting, production to consumption, and makes investigation and summary by comparing the old and the new and analyzing the characteristics. Clarify the current industrial development status, draw research conclusions, and finally put forward suggestions for the future development of scented rice industry to help rural revitalization in Xixi Village.
