Abstract: Lentinus edodes has high nutritional and health value. In recent years, the mushroom industry in Shanxi Province has developed rapidly. Lentinus edodes is a kind of edible fungi with competitive advantages. Through the analysis of Lentinus edodes production technology, cultivation mode, brand creation, industrial chain extension and other aspects, this paper expounds the advantages,disadvantages and countermeasures of the development of Lentinus edodes industry, so as to promote the healthy development of Lentinus edodes industry.
