Abstract: Based on the historical node of consolidating and expanding the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization, seize the key research of poverty alleviation areas, and focus on the impact of science and technology innovation on county industrial development and system construction on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and development opportunities in science and technology innovation and development in poverty alleviation areas. Suggestions were put forward to expand and improve the original science and technology poverty alleviation policies and measures, increase investment in basic research, establish county rural science and technology extension service system, promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, establish research institutes for innovation and development of characteristic industries, and establish the main position of enterprise innovation, in order to provide reference for county science and technology innovation and industrial development.
