滚筒造粒法制作复合肥粒度与颗粒抗压碎力的关系

The Relationship Between Granularity and Particle Resistance by Roller Granulation

  • 摘要: 采用滚筒造粒法在2.0~2.8 mm与2.8~4.75 mm 2种粒度分布的复合肥颗粒进行颗粒抗压碎力实验,比较55个品种的复合肥料,总共251个复合化肥试样的颗粒抗压碎力与粒度的关系,分析通过改变粒度而改变复合肥颗粒的抗压碎力,减少复合肥的结块情况。结果表明,2.0~2.8 mm化肥粒比2.8~4.0 mm化肥粒的颗粒抗压碎力要小。基于滚筒造粒法,复合化肥的粒度和抗压碎力的关系为粒度越大则颗粒抗压碎力越大。

     

    Abstract: The particle resistance test was conducted in 2.0~2.8 mm and 2.8~4.75 mm by roller granulation. Comparing 55 varieties of compound fertilizer, the relationship between 251 compound fertilizer samples and how to change the crushing force of compound fertilizer particles by changing the granularity, so as to reduce the lumps of compound fertilizer. Experimental results show that the particle crushing resistance of fertilizer particles between 2.0~2.8 mm is more bad than that of 2.8~4.0 mm fertilizer particles.Therefore, based on the roller granulation method, the relationship between the granularity and crushing resistance of the compound fertilizer is that the greater the granularity, the greater the particle crushing resistance.
