Abstract:
The particle resistance test was conducted in 2.0~2.8 mm and 2.8~4.75 mm by roller granulation. Comparing 55 varieties of compound fertilizer, the relationship between 251 compound fertilizer samples and how to change the crushing force of compound fertilizer particles by changing the granularity, so as to reduce the lumps of compound fertilizer. Experimental results show that the particle crushing resistance of fertilizer particles between 2.0~2.8 mm is more bad than that of 2.8~4.0 mm fertilizer particles.Therefore, based on the roller granulation method, the relationship between the granularity and crushing resistance of the compound fertilizer is that the greater the granularity, the greater the particle crushing resistance.
