Abstract: With the continuous development of agricultural production level at home and abroad, the requirements of agricultural production efficiency are also higher, seeding operations are gradually toward industrialization. The planting environment of maize,an important crop in China, varies greatly in different regions, in order to improve the adaptability of the planter to the different planting environment, this paper designed a new full-floating maize planter, which has the function of spinning, sowing, fertilizing and cementing soil. According to the different humidity in different areas, the seeder can adjust the soil depth of rotary tillage without affecting the sowing depth, and indirectly improve the adaptability of maize to different environments.
