Abstract: At present, there are many deficiencies in the development of Chinese agricultural economic cooperation organizations,which limit the development of the organizations and lead to the limited number of members that agricultural organizations attract. In addition, the internal management in the development process of rural economic cooperation organizations is not very clear, and farmers lack legal awareness, which restricts the development of rural economic cooperatives. It is necessary to clarify the problems existing in the development of agricultural economic cooperation organization and its impact on agricultural development, so as to promote the development of agricultural economy better.
