Research and Development of Haploid Technology in Maize

摘要: 玉米单倍体育种技术可在第二代快速获得纯合系，提高育种效率。阐述了诱导系的选育、单倍体加倍技术、DH系应用等情况，介绍了单倍体育种过程中的问题和方向，为下一步研究提供借鉴。

Abstract: The technique of maize haploid breeding can quickly obtain homozygous lines in the second generation and improve breeding efficiency. The selection of inducible lines, haploid doubling technique and application of DH lines were described. The problems and directions in the process of haploid breeding were introduced.
