Abstract:
Black goat meat is delicate, delicious, with minimal mutton flavor, high nutritional value, rich in high-quality protein, vitamins and amino acids, and is deeply loved by consumers. Feeding management and epidemic prevention and control are important factors that affect the benefits of black goat breeding. It is particularly critical to do a good job in feeding management and epidemic prevention and control. Taking northern Shaanxi as an example, this paper analyzed the key techniques of black goat breeding, and discussed the key points of comprehensive control of common diseases of black goats.
