Abstract: The rural collective economy is an important part of the rural ownership economy, the key to solve the rural economic problems, and the top priority of implementing the rural revitalization strategy. The rural collective economy is large, there are some conservative and backward atmosphere, the reform of the rural collective economy has great resistance. In order to solve this problem, we need to start from the current situation of Chinese rural collective economy, find out the existing shortcomings and analyze the reasons, combined with the pilot cases of reform, break through the resistance of reform, plan the direction of reform, increase the intensity of reform, and design a set of innovative rural collective economic reform plan.
