基于岗位实际的发动机电控系统检修课程教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Practice of Maintenance of Engine Electronic Control System Course Based on the Actual Position

  • 摘要: 针对高职汽车制造与试验技术专业必修课程发动机电控系统检修的实践教学,调研学生学情特点,对接企业实际需求,基于汽车维修工的实际工作岗位流程,重构发动机电控系统故障检修的教学内容。课程着力培养学生掌握汽车发动机故障诊断与排除的技能,提升学生的职业素养、提高学生就业技能,为学生从事汽修工作打下坚实基础。课程实践中不断优化教学策略、改进教学方法、创新评价方式,同时将汽修企业文化融入课程教学,落实课程思政目标。通过学习效果分析,该教改实践提高了学生学习效率,促进了学生全面发展。

     

    Abstract: In view of the practical teaching of the compulsory course Maintenance of Engine Electronic Control System for the major of automobile manufacturing and testing technology in higher vocational colleges, the characteristics of students’ learning situation are investigated, and the actual needs of enterprises are connected. The teaching content of fault maintenance of engine electronic control system is reconstructed based on the actual working process of automobile maintenance workers. The course focuses on training students to master the skills of automobile engine fault diagnosis and exclusion, improving students’ professional quality and employment skills, and laying a solid foundation for students to engage in automobile repair work. In the course practice, teaching strategies are constantly optimized, teaching methods are improved, and evaluation methods are innovated. The automobile repair corporate culture is integrated into the course teaching, and the objectives of the curriculum politics are implemented. The teaching reform practice improves students’ learning efficiency and promotes students’ comprehensive development by the analysis of learning effect.
