Abstract: With the rapid development of economic level, people’s awareness of ecological environment has gradually improved. Under the guidance of the basic national policy of protecting the ecological environment, it is necessary to accelerate the implementation of forestry seedling raising technology, formulate feasible afforestation plans, determine the types and quantity of seedlings to be planted, and sign formal contracts with relevant units.
