Abstract: In order to ensure the rational use of agricultural irrigation water resources, the article analyzes the current development trend of agricultural irrigation water resources, and adopts high-efficiency irrigation technology, the use of channel anti-seepage technology, the implementation of water-appropriate planting and the implementation of the measures of wheat southward migration, and the regulated deficit irrigation system. The implementation and application of agronomic water-saving measures to construct water saving and efficient modern irrigation agriculture, and promote the development of modern dry farming agriculture through rain harvesting efficiency, and increase the utilization rate of unconventional water sources to realize the efficient use of agricultural irrigation water resources.
