Abstract: Tobacco production in the process of acquisition and processing will inevitably mix some non-tobacco sundries, it will cause great hidden danger to the quality of finished cigarettes. Threshing and redrying is an important step in cigarette production,it plays an important role in the control of non-smoke debris in the finished cigarette. With the development of cigarette brands in recent years, the industry has conducted in-depth research and exploration on impurity removal technology, multi-point and multi-way sundries disposal technology has also been put into use in a number of compound baking plants. The effect of removing impurities is obvious. This paper discussed in detail the control technology of sundries in the threshing and redrying line, in order to improve the overall level of debris control in tobacco industry and improve the cleanliness of finished tobacco.
