白洋淀湿地浮游动物群落结构与水质评价

Zooplankton Community Structure and Water Quality Evaluation in Baiyangdian Wetland

  • 摘要: 为了解白洋淀湿地浮游动物群落结构特征,于2021年在白洋淀湿地布设8个采样点位,并利用生物多样性指数对水质状况进行评价。结果显示:白洋淀湿地共鉴定出浮游动物浮游动物114种,其中原生动物22种,轮虫61种,枝角类17种,桡足类14种。浮游动物密度为52.8~7 542 ind/L,主要优势种为针簇多肢轮虫和陀螺侠盗虫。白洋淀湿地浮游动物多样性指数H'均值为2.15,J均值为0.49,评价结果显示白洋淀湿地水质清洁状况整体处于中污染水平。

     

    Abstract: To understand the characteristics of zooplankton community structure in Baiyangdian Wetland, 8 sampling points will be set up of 2021 in Baiyangdian Wetland, and the biodiversity index will be used to evaluate the water quality. The results showed that114 species of zooplankton and zooplankton were identified in Baiyangdian Wetland, including 22 species of protozoa, 61 species of rotifers, 17 species of cladocera and 14 species of copepods. The density of zooplankton is 52.8~7542 ind/L. The main dominant species are Polyarthra trigla and Strobilidum velox. The mean value of zooplankton diversity index H ’in Baiyangdian Wetland is 2.15,and the mean value J is 0.49. The assessment results show that the water quality of Baiyangdian Wetland is in a medium pollution level as a whole.
