Abstract: The construction of rural ecological culture is the key link to promote the all-round revival of agriculture, the inevitable choice of modernization to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. On the basis of expounding the significance of the construction of ecological rule of law in rural areas and combining with the development status of the construction of ecological rule of law in rural areas, this paper discusses the countermeasures to promote the construction of ecological rule of law in rural areas.
