改良型生物转盘污水处理系统中有氧反硝化菌菌群研究

Study on Aerobic Denitrifying Bacteria Flora in Improved Biological Turntable Wastewater Treatment System

  • 摘要: 随着城市生活污水排放量的增加,生活污水的有效处理成为目前急需解决的重要问题。基于此,结合各种新型处理工艺的研究与应用,利用改良型生物转盘工艺进行有氧反硝化菌的富集筛选,对筛选出的高效脱氮有氧反硝化菌进行群落结构和多样性分析,为新型生物脱氮提供依据,并对日后将高效脱氮有氧反硝化菌应用于实际研究提供理论支持。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of urban domestic sewage discharge, the effective treatment of domestic sewage has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently. Based on this, combined with the research and application of various new treatment processes, the improved biological rotary disk process was used to enrich and screen aerobic denitrifying bacteria, and the community structure and diversity of the highly efficient denitrifying aerobic bacteria were analyzed, which provided a basis for new biological denitrification and theoretical support for the application of highly efficient denitrifying aerobic bacteria in practical research in the future.
