基于Creo行为建模的茶叶色选机配重轮优化设计

Optimal Design of Counterweight Wheel of Tea Color Sorter Based on Creo Behavior Modeling

  • 摘要: 利用Creo Parametric构建茶叶筛选机构模型,采用行为建模技术获得驱动模型,以配重轮轴线与偏心轴轴线重合为目标函数,兼顾配重轮加工要求等内容,实现了茶叶色选机配重轮改型的优化设计。结果表明,改型后的产品质量稳定、加工方便,且有效地缩短了茶叶色选机的生产制造周期,提高了企业的生产效益。

     

    Abstract: Using Creo Parametric tea parametric screening mechanism, the driving model was obtained by behavioral modeling technology, and the coincidence of the axis of the counterweight wheel and the eccentric axis was taken as the objective function, taking into account the processing requirements of the counterweight wheel, and the optimization design of the modification of the counterweight wheel was realized. The design results showed that the product quality is stable, the processing is convenient, and the production cycle of tea color separator is effectively shortened, and the production efficiency of the enterprise is improved.
