Abstract: Jinyang County, located in deep poverty area of Liangshan, is difficult to popularize advanced livestock and poultry breeding technology due to the limitation of topography, transportation and traditional culture. Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of livestock and poultry industry in deep poverty areas and developing high-quality livestock and poultry industry play an important role in the tough battle of getting rid of poverty in an all-round way. Based on the problems faced by the development of livestock and poultry industry in Jinyang County, this paper actively explored the way out for the development of high-quality livestock and poultry industry,hoping to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of local livestock and poultry industry.
