Abstract: On the basis of expounding the relationship between common prosperity and farmers’ specialized cooperatives, taking the farmers’ specialized cooperatives in Wuping County as the research object, this paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of farmers’ specialized cooperatives in China, and compared the adaptability, commonalities and advantages and disadvantages of the three development modes of cooperation and mutual assistance, joint-stock cooperation and leading enterprise. Some suggestions were put forward to improve the development model of farmers’ specialized cooperatives to help common prosperity.
