Abstract:
Taking the late rice cold dew and wind prevention technical regulations in local standards as disaster indicators, the daily average temperature and rainfall of three national surface meteorological observation stations(Guigang, Guiping and Pingnan) in Guigang City from 1961 to 2020, and the production data of late rice such as sowing and late rice heading and flowering period of the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Guigang City were used. To find out the basic characteristics of cold dew and wind weather in late rice heading and flowering and filling and milk ripening in Guigang City. The results show that the south of Pingping is less affected by light, medium and heavy cold dew wind, while Guiping is in the middle. Guigang had the largest number of cold dew days, followed by Pingnan. The cycles of cold dew wind strengthening in the sensitive period of late rice at the three stations in Guigang were basically similar, and the series of days had the same time characteristic scale: 10 years and 30 years. The 30-year oscillation period is relatively strong and the 8-year oscillation period is relatively weak.
