Abstract: The Rural Revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China not only points out the direction for the development of China’s rural areas, but also provides a favorable guarantee for consolidating the results of poverty alleviation. Taking Anle Town of Ninghua County as an example, this paper analyzed the problems encountered in the development of rural cooperatives in Anle Town, and puts forward relevant improvement suggestions for the problems, in order to provide a basis for the development of rural cooperatives in Anle Town.
