Abstract:
In order to explore the effects of different culture medium on the growth of Picea asperata seedlings, seedling experiments were carried out with different culture medium, and the growth of Picea asperata seedlings under different culture medium conditions were compared. The results showed that when peat, coconut bran and perlite accounted for 20%, 30% and 50%, respectively, the growth of Picea asperata seedlings and ground diameter was the best, which was the best for the root growth of Picea asperata seedlings. When peat, coconut bran and perlite accounted for 50%, 30% and 20% respectively, the dry matter accumulation of Picea asperata seedlings was not favorable. When peat, coconut bran and perlite accounted for 30%, 30% and 40% respectively,the dry matter accumulation of Picea asperata seedlings was better. The experimental results provided a theoretical basis for the scientific selection of matrix formula in the breeding process of Picea asperata seedlings.
