Abstract:
Genetically modified food and safety is an important compound training elective course for the specialty of food quality and safety. Bilingual teaching is implemented in this course to enable students to understand relevant technical research, corresponding laws, regulations and rules in the field of transgenic. This paper points out the importance of bilingual teaching of genetically modified food and safety, and puts forward some teaching implementation suggestions of dividing classes, adopting seminar teaching method and strengthening students’ preview and review, so as to improve students’ english ability and professional knowledge at the same time.
