Abstract: Chimonobambusa quadrangularis is not only a biological resource with high economic value,but also a powerful ecological capital. In Zhaotong City, while expanding and strengthening the bamboo industry, there are also problems such as low effective utilization rate, lack of processing capacity, decline of stand quality and backward infrastructure, which restrict the development of bamboo industry. This paper analyzed the utilization and management status of Chimonobambusa quadrangularis resources in Zhaotong city, and put forward the importance and suggestions of the industrialization development of Chimonobambusa quadrangularis for reference in order to further combine forestry construction with economic construction.
