红薯生产关键环节机械化技术的应用研究

Study on the Application of Mechanization Technologyin the Key Link of Sweet Potato Production

  • 摘要: 红薯种植和收获季节性强,目前主要靠人工作业,生产效率低,作业质量差,劳动强度大。同时随着农村劳力的逐步老龄化,年轻劳力逐渐转向第二、第三产业,劳动力日趋短缺,在一定程度上制约了红薯种植产业的发展,因此,实现红薯种植和收获机械化成为亟待解决的问题。采用红薯生产关键环节机械化技术,可以大大提高红薯起垄、杀秧、收获的效率,降低生产成本。文章主要研究该技术在宝坻的示范应用情况。

     

    Abstract: Sweet potato planting and harvesting are seasonal. At present, it mainly depends on manual operation, with low production efficiency, poor operation quality and high labor intensity. At the same time, with the gradual aging of rural labor, young labor has gradually turned to the secondary and tertiary industries, and the labor shortage has restricted the development of sweet potato planting industry to a certain extent. Therefore, realizing the mechanization of sweet potato planting and harvesting has become an urgent problem to be solved. Using the mechanization technology in the key links of sweet potato production can greatly improve the efficiency of ridging, seedling killing and harvesting of sweet potato and reduce the production cost. This paper mainly studies the demonstration application of this technology in Baodi.
