Abstract:
In order to find the high-yield cultivation patterns of Zhudamai No.9, five different line spacing treatments were installed including equal-spaced and narrow-width rows in this experiment. The experimental results revealed that the yield and related characters of Zhudamai No. 9 were significantly affected by different row spacing treatments. Under the condition of equal row spacing,plant height and panicle length first decreased and then increased with the increase of row spacing, and the number of effective panicle decreased significantly, while the 1 000-grain weight and panicle number increased gradually, and the yield also increased relatively. Simple dense planting or sparse planting could not achieve the highest yield of Zhudamai No.9. In this experiment, the suitable row spacing for high yield cultivation of Zhudamai No.9 was 20.00~30.00cm, and the highest yield is available to 490.13 kg.
