Abstract: In this paper, the high yield and high efficiency cultivation techniques of open field potato in organic dry farming were elaborated from 12 key technologies, including selection of suitable varieties, suitable period of plug seedling, soil preparation formula fertilization, ridging and laying dropper, covering black plastic film, planting time, planting density, field watering management, field topdressing management, field cold resistance management, pest control, timely and accurate harvest.
