Abstract: As the driving force and important guarantee for the sustainable development of rural revitalization, the construction level of rural talent team affects the development process and final effect of rural revitalization. During the rural revitalization work of Cuiping District in Yibin, after several years of construction and development, the development and innovation of the local agricultural industry has been promoted, and the living standard and spiritual outlook of the people have been improved. However, on the whole, the rural revitalization work has some problems, such as slow development speed and insufficient follow-up power, due to the low comprehensive quality of the rural talent team. Therefore, strengthening the construction of rural talent team in Cuiping District of Yibin is the primary task at present. This paper started from the importance of the construction of rural talent team in Yibin Cuiping District under the perspective of rural revitalization, analyzed the problems existing in the construction of rural talent team in Yibin Cuiping District, and put forward corresponding suggestions based on the actual situation.
